Taking advantage of both the warmth of traditional animation and the strength of digital programs, Kappa-Chan is a simple story about friendship and it’s sometimes unexpected forms. A small boy feels like he’s lost it all when his best friend moves away. But when an unexpected visitor appears, the boy discovers not only that it may not be the end but maybe also the beginning of something new.
